How it works

Choose the property and reports Pick the ingoing inventory and check-out from your miProgram account, or upload PDFs from any other system.
Add anything else Quotes, invoices, photos or landlord notes. The tool works out what each one is and which items it supports.
Review the suggested deductions Every item is compared start against end, priced from your cost list, with fair wear and tear and the tenant's share applied. Accept, change or remove each one, with a reason.
Approve and share A numbered, versioned report in your branding, as a PDF or a share link for the landlord and tenant.

Lite: £8.50/month (+VAT) 80 AI credits a month: About 5 AI photo reports, or 2 Deposit Assessments. Starter: £19.50/month (+VAT) 200 AI credits a month: About 14 AI photo reports, or 5 Deposit Assessments. Plus: £49.50/month (+VAT) 500 AI credits a month: About 35 AI photo reports, or 12 Deposit Assessments. Pro: £80.00/month (+VAT) 1000 AI credits a month: About 71 AI photo reports, or 25 Deposit Assessments. Business: £149.50/month (+VAT) 2000 AI credits a month: About 142 AI photo reports, or 50 Deposit Assessments. Continue without a plan You start on free trial credits, which last 60 days and go quickly. Once they're used up, AI photo analysis stops until you choose a plan, and every Deposit Assessment after your first is £5.95 on its own.

These are estimates only: the credits a report uses depend on its size, such as the number of rooms, items and photos. Unused credits don't carry over. An AI plan is paid by card or Direct Debit, starts when your account is approved, and you can change or end it any month.

Custom Branding

Make every report look like yours

Your reports are what your landlords and tenants see most. With Custom Branding every report, PDF and share link carries your logo and colours, so it looks like your own software, not ours.

Your brand on everything you send Your colours on the PDF and the digital report your tenants and landlords open, with your logo in the header.

One price for the whole company £15.00 a month (+VAT), however many users you have.
